Is it possible to do a DIY alignment on a Jeep front end?

It's a Wrangler.

It is possible but very time consuming and difficult because of the tools needed or replacement tools needed to be fabricated. Pick up a Haynes manual and that will be the start of items and tolerances needed.

It's possible - if you have the right tools. You'll need among other things, a 15mm wrench or socket to loosen the turnbuckle's nuts. Have a friend "eyeball" the front end while you adjust the steering alignment. The whole project should take under 15 min. If you're not that confident with DIY repairs, take it to a mechanic.

Not that I'm aware of. As far as I know, you need an alignment rack to do the job. I don't know of a manual method.

yes, three basic angles; caster, camber and toe can be done at home on a flat surface. an electronic protractor can be used at the axis of the steering knuckle to measure caster. the same protractor can be used at the wheel plane to measure camber. a laser can be used at the plane to measure toe against rear wheel.

You should only do a simple alignment(measure corner to corner) to get down to the shop and have it aligned. You can't to an exact alignment in you home garage.

It is not really possible because you would need a computer that shoots a laser towards the front of the Jeep and it shows where the wheels would be.

you can get the alignment close but without the proper machine you will never get it exactly correct and will cause front end wear on parts and tires

This is one of the most difficult jobs to do at your home. You need to have several specialized tools in order to complete this.
