Yes it is possible that you can be bleeding during conception. Anything is possible, just always use protection when having intercourse.

Most women with a typical 28-day cycle do not ovulate during or immediately prior to or following their menstrual period. However, some women have been known to ovulate more than once during a cycle, including during the time of bleeding. So it is possible to conceive while bleeding.

In rare cases it's possible. If the egg hasn't made it all the way down the fallopian tube and was inseminated then you can be pregnant.

Bleeding in a small amount is not uncommon during sexual intercourse. It is especially common during the first time you have sexual intercourse. Though your periods stop while pregnant it is very possible to bleed a little during conception.
