A person can be allergic to the ink used for tattooing, but it is rare. If you're concerned, try a very tiny dot of ink and see what happens.

Well First of all, if tattoos are not properly made by designer and the problem that we can get if needles touch our veins.Main thing is that we should care on quality of colors used by tattoos designer.
