The "intercourse" is her trying to be dominate, which is actually a behavorial issue. Consult a trainer. However the swollen vulva & cleaning could indicate a UTI, take to the vet.

This is normal behavior for a female dog who has not been spayed. Bitches that are not spayed have hormonal urges.

Regardless of whether or not it is normal, since she is also exhibiting potential signs of irritation, just to be safe you probably want to take her to your veterinarian.
