As long as you live in the region for a reasonable amount of time, get citizen stautus and apply for the necessary paperwork to acquire a business license, there should be no problems. Of course, you;ll have to pay the taxes of the country, which may be considerably higher than here in the United States.

It is legal to start an American business in Poland. The price depends on the exchange rate between the American Dollar and the Euro.
