In the right circumstances, that actually means that your relationship is healthy. As long as you both know that you are kidding around, and both partners are alright with it, then there is nothing wrong with it. If you can laugh at yourselves and each other, then you have a pretty good relationship that could last you for years.

It depends on how much your partner can accept. Fun is defined by the person being made fun of. One must use discretion and not offend or hurt your partner's feelings. Some people are very sensitive. Caution is the key word when using humour in a love relationship. Humourous comments can be a good addition to everyday life.

Many couples find enjoyment in poking fun at each other, it is very close to flirting. However, if it is always one making fun and never the other, or if one partner is offended or hurt, it can be unhealthy. If the person being poked at is not comfortable with it, it's not healthy.

No, it is generally not good to make fun of your partner. It is degrading, and it is often humiliating. Those are not emotions that build up a strong relationship, much less build up romance and attraction. If done once in a while in passing, it is tolerable. Otherwise, it is a sure way to get rid of a partner.
