Is it hard to play trombone?

Every instrument can be difficult to learn to play in the very beginning. What you have to do is want to learn the instrument. If you have the want to learn, then you can learn. After practice, playing the trombone becomes pretty easy.

The hard part is learning to buzz (make the sound that makes the notes. There are 7 slide positions that make all of the notes, so that makes it harder.

Almost every instrument is easy to play badly and difficult to play well. The characteristics that are easy/difficult vary from instrument to instrument. Intonation on the trombone is a challenge.
