Is it hard to keep fountains in your yard?

It's not hard to maintain fountains, but there is some work to be done. Water will beome stagnate and smelly if allowed to do so. Installing a simple filter and using chlorine bleach will help. Keeping the fountain clean and changing the water often will keep the smell at bay.

They can be real pretty. But they take a lot of care. You have to keep them clean, and service, clean and shut them down for winter.
