You will need an motor and a plenty of time and patience as to build any engine will take time and a lot of tools in order to complete your engine. You will also needed a carrier to keep your engine off of the ground in order to keep from particles and dust on the engine.

Granted that you have mechanical aptitude? Proper tools and manuals where you can reference tolerance ,And torque specifications. Building such a engine is possible, But not easy.
