It is an excellent idea to learn to type online! Online typing programs are similar to typing programs you might buy at a store. Besides, typing is a skill that you mostly use at the computer, unlike learning a language or instrument. Thus learning to type online is practical and a good alternative to buying offline packages.

Absolutely, but it takes a lot of will power. If you don't really want to learn then you probably won't. You could always ask a friend or loved one to help you so you aren't tempted to take the easy way out. Typing is simple once you know it.
