Is hydrogen an ingredient in gasoline?

Yes. Gasoline is a hydrocarbon so there is monatomic hydrogen in gasoline. It does not have hydrogen in its gas form though.

Gasoline is a hydro-carbon. Gasoline is made up of long chains of hydrogen and carbon molecules. The hydrogen and carbon do not separate unless made to do so. When gasoline burns in a car, the hydrocarbon recombines with air to make water (H20) and carbon dioxide (C02).
