Is Holten a good brand of coronet?

The company is actually 'Holton' and it's a 'cornet', not coronet (that's a crown). I played one when I was in band from 5th to 9th grade. It's a decent brand, however, the trumpet is preferred over the cornet unless you're in a jazz or blues band.

Holton was considered one of the top brands of trumpet/cornet in the first half of the 20th century and many of its instruments are collectors items. The quality today would depend on the instrument and its condition.
