Heartburn is considered to be one of the early signs of pregnancy but often this does not show till you are well into your first trimester.

Heartburn can be a symptom of pregnancy, but not necessarily an early sign of pregnancy. Many women have their own unique early signs and symptoms of pregnancy which can range from frequently having to urinate, nausea and vomiting, or even darkening of their skin. If heartburn is also associated with a missed period, you may be truly pregnant.

No. You may be more succeptable to heartburn when your pregnant but I have never heard form anyone or even a doctor that heatburn is a sign of pregnancy.

Usually you do not get heartburn till later on in your pregnancy. Most old people say that it is a sign of babies hair growing.
