A muscle spasm could be caused by anything. If you think you are pregnant, a simple otc pregnancy test is what you need. They are cheap and accurate.

I honestly don't know about pregnancy, but you should have it checked immediately. My father had such a "spasm" and it turned out to be a 6 cm aneurysm.

Muscle spasm in your lower abdomen is not one of the early signs of pregnancy, they include a missed period, nausea and sore breast.

A muscle spasm in the abdomen could be a number of things, but trying to determine if means you are pregnant would be far fetched.
