No not really. If it has bits of real gold then it might be worth something otherwise it's not really worth much. You should go check it out at a store and see what it's worth. Go to an antique store and see if it's actually worth something or not.

If it is real gold and real silver (sterling silver is worth more though), then it is worth a decent amount. It all depends on the weight of all the items combined and how much gold there is in it. Gold and silver jewelry are certainly worth a lot of money.
