                                                          In my opinion, Ghirardelli chocolate is the best chocolate, especially to use in baking cookies.  I would recommend their 60% cacao dark chocolate chips for chocolate chip cookies.  Their chocolate chips are a little bit bigger than most chocolate chips, but they are truly the best cookie chocolate that I have used.
