Eating grapes is good for detoxification, because grapes,like other detoxifying fruit, contain vitamin C, which converts toxins into water-soluble forms that are easily flushed away. Having a handful of grapes once in a while won't complete a detox. Detox programs,which includes grapes,are available,just by searching. Anyone up for eating only grapes for two days?
