Yes, grapes are good for you. In a study done in 2005 it was found that grapes reduce cholesterol, and also prevent Atherosclerosis. atherosclerosis is also known as hardening of the aterteries. Grapes decrease the oxidation of LDL in general. Be sure to eat 5 to 10 servings of fruits and veggies a day!

Yes. Grapes are high in antioxidants and phytochemicals, which are believed to help prevent conditions such as cancer, heart disease, and degenerative nerve disease.

I think they are just as good for you as other fruits, although they may have more of certain vitimans than other fruits.

yes they are and you should aim for at least 5 servings of fruit a day and remember the darker the grape the healthier they are
