Yes, grapes are good for you. In a study done in 2005 it was found that grapes reduce cholesterol, and also prevent Atherosclerosis. atherosclerosis is also known as hardening of the aterteries. Grapes decrease the oxidation of LDL in general. Be sure to eat 5 to 10 servings of fruits and veggies a day!
