This could be the result of liver disease, such as hepatitis C or cirrhosis. It's possible it could be chronic fatigue symptom AKA Epstein-Barr. For a definitive diagnosis, have blood work done including a liver panel, looking for elevated liver enzymes.

If you are suffering from either the feeling of chronic fatigue or daytime sleepiness (related but different symptoms), you could have an underlying medical condition causing this change. Lots of different conditions including different hormonal processes and inflammatory states could be behind this. It will take some investigating into other possible symptoms to find the cause.

Being tired can be a symptom of many things, but alone, it is probably nothing to worry about. Your diet may be the cause - too much sugar or carbohydrate can cause tiredness, as can eating meals too far apart. Exercise can help combat fatigue. If you are achy or otherwise not feeling well, talk to your doctor.

Feeling tired can be a sign of low iron or some other form of vitamin deficiency, such as calcium or protein. In addition, being tired can also stem from anxiety.
