Is an RCA plug the same as a computer speaker plug?

No. A computer speaker plug is often a stereo micro jack plug and an rca is mono and cup shaped. You can get an adapter that left and right RCA plugs will fit onto so you can send the signal to a micro jack. I've use a headphone plug, cut the ends off the RCS plugs and connect them together.

No. Computer speaker plugs are the same as standard headphone plugs. An RCA cable is typically three to six feet long and connects to a TV through three color coded cords. The red and white cords transfer the audio while the yellow cord transfers video. RCA cables either are built into a device or are detachable and double sided.

IT depends on what you consider a computer speaker plug. Most of the plugs I have seen for speaker outputs have been the 3. 5mm standard headphone jacks. Rca jacks are definitely much bigger and require two jack to plug into. Rca plugs are typically larger gold plated plugs that either come in sets of two or three.
