It's not the best but it's good. The reason your builder is using Rheem HVAC nits is because they are cheap and easily affordable in bulk. Shop around first.
I have the Rheem HVAC installed in my house and I haven't had any problems with it. If you want to get a HVAC system I wouldn't be able to say anything bad about this system, other than that it is kind of expensive.
