Is a Honda Metropolitan the best 50cc scooter?

It is all based on opinion and what you are looking for. Also depends if you want a two stroke or four stroke. Two strokes require less maintainence but you have to have two stroke oil to mix with gas normally it is autolube. They are all good see what fits you. I personally like the yamaha zuma better

Probably not. It might be the a good scooter for the money but there are better scooters out there. The Metropolitatan is said to harsh ride and drum brakes.

You can consider the Honda Metropolitan in the top 5 best choices. Its small and lightweight and has the classic appearance of a traditional "Roman Holiday" scooter.

It is very sleek in its styling. It's also for the go-green gas mileage and the fully automatic transmission. The 49cc engine is pretty quic as well.
