The Conch Republic - motto "We seceded where others failed" is indeed the preferred valid traveling document when traveling the Conch Republic however the passport has magical powers that are only available when you are in the Conch Republic. When you leave this altered state you must use another country's passport and keep the secrets you derived while there.
