Most stores that sell luggage carry a line of travel accessories that include different types of "envelopes" for travel documents. You'll find them in nylon, mesh, fabrics and leather, with either a zipper or button closure. Many also have a neck strap or can be fitted to a belt or inside a waistband.

If you are working with a travel agency for your plans, check to see if they carry something - something they even have promotional pieces. A store (bricks or on line) that has a good selection of luggage will carry document holders.

I think REI has one of the best selections. They have lots that are for security where you can carry your documents around your neck or waist. They also have the holders that are like large wallets that fit passports and tickets. If you want a fancier or leather holder try Amazon.
