According to universally accepted etiquette, women who opt to keep their maiden name after marriage are always addressed as Ms.

Ms. , should only be used for a single status. If you are married you need to use Mrs. , no matter what last name you have.

Once you get married, you are known as Mrs. because Ms. still refers to yourself still being single and unmarried.
