I think this should certainly be an option if you bowl a perfect game. This is a feat that happens very rarely and this would be good press for the bowling alley.
IF you bowl a perfect game the bowling alley should just give you a pin for free. I mean its not like they don't have more. That's the least they can do is let you buy one.
