If there is no witness can you still be charged with a crime?

You can be charged with a crime if there is evidence to show that you committed it. Witnesses are only one form of evidence. If there is circumstantial evidence linking you to the crime, you can still be charged and even convicted.

Yes. A witness is not mandatory for being charged or being convicted. Evidence such as fingerprints, DNA, and others can be used to "place" a person at the scene.

If by witness you mean someone that actually see the crime take place, (eye-witness) the answer is yes. An eye-witness is not required to arrest,charge or convict a suspect. If investigators gather physical evidence, or if circumstantial evidence points towards a certain suspect, that person can be arrested and charged.

Yes, you can be charged with a crime if there is no witness to an crime. If the judge finds you guilty under any circumstances, you will be charged.
