If I'm HIV negative, should I have dropping blood levels?

You can experience a decreased blood count as a result of many factors. If you are uncertain about your HIV status, ask to be retested.

Your question cannot be answered as written. There are lots of "blood levels" that can be measured including titers and red blood cells (a measure of anemia). Even if you don't have HIV, other medical conditions can cause "dropping blood levels," so more information is required to answer your question.

In fact, your question is not complete. If you have dtected as HIV negative means no antibodies were found in your blood. Ensure you are not on window period.

It sounds like you mean that you have a drop in red blod cell levels.This can be caused by anemia or something unrelated to this.
