If I go to medical school in Mexico, can I practice in America?

It depends. You must pass the National Boards and qualify for a residency in the U. S. You may have to take additional classes. Your transcripts will be examined under a microscope. Eventually you will be able to practice in the U. S. , but not until you jump through lots of hoops.

If you go to medical school in Mexico, your degree is not considered equal to American school's degree. You must also complete medical board certification to practice medicine in America.

You would need to get an American license to practice medicine here and you would need to do your residencies and everything. So you can go to medical school in Mexico, but you still need to fulfill all the other qualifications in America in order to be able to practice here.
