You need to check with your employer. They may not have the right to dismiss you, but it may depend on your offense- AFTER conviction. They could suspend you however.

That depends on your employers policies. If the arrest was related to behavior at work (ie. violence or theft of company property- you should expect to be fired). If you were simply arrested at work, but have an otherwise good employment history, an understanding employer very well may retain you.

It depends on where you work, what you do for a living and the nature of the crime for which you were arrested. Check in with your supervisor and HR.

It depends on where you work and what you were arrested for. Some companies will be understanding and might let you explain the situation, others might automatically fire you because of the arrest. There is no legal thing that says an employer can't fire you because of an arrest, especially if you were arrested at work.
