There are so many teams you can't list them all,but I am from new york and one is the Brooklyn Cyclones for the mets

The best way to find out what minor league team goes with the big league club is to go to each teams website and click on the menu option that shows affiliations.

Each major league baseball team has a whole set of minor league teams from rookie league ( lowest ) to AAA ( one step below majors ). You can do a search on the internet about each team and find out where their minor league teams are located. Also be aware that the minor league teams sometimes switch affiliations.
