Is there any truth to the rumor that there is going to be a major league lacrosse expansion team in St Louis?

There was a rumor earlier this year that St. Louis was first in line to be an expansion team due to the fact that Anheuser-Busch is the official sponsor of MLL and would want a team; however, this is completely untrue. Here are the cities under consideration: Cincinnati, Dallas, Detroit, Portland, Salt Lake, San Diego, Seattle and St. Louis.

Someday there may be a major league lacrosse expansion team in St. Louis. Currently, their are no set plans to bring a team to the city.
