Joining an organization that supports the ethical and moral treatment of animals is a good start. You can join a group such a PETA, an organization that promotes and protests for animal rights.

The best way to help animal welfare in general, and "caged monkeys" in particular is to support national groups that work toward animal rights through legal channels. You could also right to groups or person who cage monkeys to show their displeasure with their actions.
