I used excess amounts of baking soda for my scar, and my skin is lighter. How can I reverse it?

I don't think you can use baking soda- it's an acid base. For scar treatment a 100% natural coco butter would do the trick and next time use scar cream or coco butter and see your dermatologist.

You can use a good moisturizing lotion for any dryness and try to let your skin tone even out on its own. See a doctor if you have significant discoloration.

There really is no way to reverse the discoloration from using baking soda. Whether you know it or not, your skin is always changing. The old cells are falling off and new are being made so eventually those lighter spots will fade and your skin should go back to it's normal color.

Reversing skin bleaching is not easy, firt you should excess the full damage. The simplest way is exposing the bleached skin areas to the sun to darken them, but if this does not help, if the damage is to significant, or in an area not easily exposed to the sun you should seek out a dermatologist.
