Come clean, fess up and admit your stupidity. Take full responsibility for your actions, promise to knock if off and then keep your word.

You have damaged trust in your relationship. It is difficult to repair. First, admit your mistake, and promise to not do it again. It will take awhile for your wife to forgive you, because your behavior was really inexcusable. What part of "forsake all others" did you forget?

Apologize! Make it up to her. Prove to her that you messed up. Mean what you say and say what you mean. Explain yourself. Agree to counseling if she agrees to it. Try to fix what you messed up.

Apologize to her first and for most. Make sure that you buy her some flowers and take her out to do something she enjoys. The last thing is very important, do not do it again.

Apologize, and say that it will never happen again. Past that, there isn't much you can do. Hopefully she can trust you again.
