The first thing to do is to isolate your shrimp from other healthy ones. Then transfer it to a treatment tank containing either germicide or fungicide in suitable amounts as prescribed by manufacturer. After 2 weeks it will be alright.

They may be parasites and will eventually kill the shrimp if not taken care of. Quarantine the infected shrimp. Shrimp are very sensitive to chemicals and medication might not be the answer. Possibly could have come from unsanitary breeding conditions.

You need to separate the infected ghost shrimp before it can affect other healthy ones. Or you need to kill the infected ghost shrimps to ensure the safety of other ghost shrimp.

You should first move any shrimp infected with the worms into a separate quarantine tank to prevent the parasite from spreading. Then feed it specially medicated shrimp pellets.

Did you feed them any type of dry worms? If not you should quarantine the shrimp and treat it with medication.

Ew! That doesn't sound good at all. What I recommend is telling the manager, alerting your local health inspector, and work towards shutting the place down. You may feel bad for putting not only him, but his entire workforce out of business, but look at the bright side, at least no one else will have to suffer.
