Beat 1 egg with 3/4 teaspoon salt. Add 1/4 cup water. Add 2 cups sifted flour to bowl. Make a well. Add egg/water mixture. Add enough water to form a dough. Form ball. Knead about 5 minutes. Cover. Let rest 30 minutes. Roll out thin. Cut into 3 1/2 squares.
