I like a guy my manager. What should I do?

Since he is your supervisor he may feel weird about asking you to dance or asking you out. We live in a day and age where sexual harassment cases run rampant. You can ask to talk to him AFTER work, but make sure you like him enough to find a new job, as most employers forbid work relationships.

I've dated a co-worker before and I can honestly say it's NOT worth the trouble. A lot of times personal relationships get in the way of your job and ultimately cost you or his job if you break up and cause problems.
