The poorly written software is waiting on a connection to the printer. You should uninstall the software, ensuring the service is disabled, and install an updated version from the website.
go on your systam drive c: drive and right click and proparty>tools>and defragement option that will arange your systam files and will be helpfull to improve the speed. that was the basic idea.
pls check u installed all the application softwares,if yes may be any programm from the application software may cause slow boot or check the connection in between computer and printer. check usb cable for any damage
