You can use a whitening toothpaste. Your teeth probably pick up alot of stain. Just spend more time brushing your teeth.

If your teeth are milk teeth and yellow, wait till you get permanent teeth. It is not possible to make your teeth white like milk. Yellow plaque is removable.

Avoid tea and pop. They both can stain teeth quite a bit. Use a whitening toothpaste. This will help remove stain. You could try whitening strips.

Brush according to recommended guidelines and consider using some of the over the counter tooth whitening products, such as whitening tooth paste. Cut back on common things that color discoloration of the teeth such as coffees, teas, and sodas. Your parents should also take you to the dentist to ensure that this isn't any type of calcium deposits.
