I have issues with my boss, can I give him a verbal resignation?

Don't ever give a verbal resignation. Make sure you have this in writing and explain the reason why you have to resign. Give a copy to Human Resources also.

Yes, you can give a verbal resignation, but it is better to do it on paper because it looks more professional and de-emphasizes the issues between the two of you.

You can, but I would not recommend it. If you have issues with this person, all the more reason the resignation should be documented with a copy to Human Resources.

You can but it is better to put it in wrighting. Even more so if you give notice of a few weeks so they will have no reason to give you a bad recomendation for your next job.
