Rinse your mouth thoroughly with salt water. If this does not dislodge the food, then carefully use dental floss in the part of your mouth where the food is. If this does not dislodge the food, then you may try a toothpick. If the food is still stuck, you should visit a dentist.

If you have food stuck where dental work was done, don't panic. First, rinse your mouth with water. If doing that does not discard the food, try brushing your teeth gently. If brushing doesn't work, use dental floss carefully in the area. If none of these methods work, call your dentist and ask for assistance.

You can gently brush the food out or try mouth wash. Depending on the type of work and how new it is, you may need to see your dentist.

Well if it is reliable dental work you should be able to get it out without ruining your dental work. If you are real concerned then go to the dentist and ask them.
