i have cut the top of my head what should I do?

First stop any bleeding with a clean cloth or compress. Have a friend look at the wound or if you are alone, try to look at it in a mirror or glass reflection. Unless the wound is superficial (a scrape or abrasion), see a medical professional at a hospital emergency room or urgent care center as soon as possible.

Do not lie down or fall asleep. Sit quietly apply slight pressure to the wound till the bleeding stops. When the bleeding stops clean the wound with an antiseptic. You may have to put a small covering over the wound to keep it clean. If the bleeding does not stop go to casualty at your local hospital.

I would apply pressure with a clean cloth. Then I would clean the area with soap and water. Finally I would apply ice to keep the swelling down. If the bleeding doesn't stop my step would be to head to the emergency room for stitches. A costly step but it might be necessary.

Clean the area thoroughly with soap and water. Apply a antibacterial ointment such as Neosporin and a suitable bandage. If the bleeding does not stop when pressure has been applied for five minutes, medical attention is required. If the cut is deeper or longer than a few millimeters, stitches are probably required.

I did this coz i was scraching i just appled pressure coverd it wiv my hair and went to bed
