What are some good antibiotic creams for an infected cut on my leg?

My first question is when is the last time you had a tetnus shot? They are only good for 10 years. If it was very long or deep you may need stitches or antibiotics by mouth. If any of those concern you, see a doctor; otherwise neosporin ointment.

If the cut is not too deep, Neosporin Antibiotic Ointment or Cream will work. If there's none available your local pharmacy antibiotic cream brand will work as well.

There are quite a few good over the counter antibiotic creams. Neosporin is one that you can buy that also has pain relief.
