When you bleed brakes you must start at the farthest wheel from the master cylinder first. Then go to the next closest, then the right front, then the left front. Having someone to help bleed the brakes also helps.

Well it should be done the same as any car. Just drain the old fluid out through the bleeders as you add new fluid and pump the brakes.
