Look at Control Panel, Display, Settings, Advanced. Somewhere there (depending on your hardware) you should find settings for screen rotations. Or you can try to press CTRL, ALT and UP Key at the same time
Assuming you have the typical NVIDIA setup, right-click on the desktop and click on "NVIDIA Control Panel. " Under "Display" along the left-hand side will be an option for "rotate display. "
Press ctrl+alt+the up arrow. If that does not work, right click on an empty space on the desktop, and choose graphic properties. From that menu, there should be an option to rotate your display.
I work for a school district and encounter this all the time. There are shortcuts to solve this problem, but it depends on the graphics card. The best thing to do is turn the monitor on its side so you can read it. Right click on desktop and adjust the graphics properties. Most often it is 180 degrees off.
There is an easy way and a hard way of resolving this. The hard way will require a high level of knowledge and expertise in dealing with computers -- you must know how they work in order to complete such a task. I'm assuming this is not the case so here is the easy way: Turn your monitor over.
