My advice would be, don't ask him out. It's ok to put off vibes that your interested but I would always let the guy do the asking. Why? Well my reasoning is that if HE asks YOU out then you definitely know he's interested. Otherwise you never know if he said yes just to be nice.

If you have a crush on aguy, but you're too shy to ask him out, you should get him to notice you. Try walking in front of him, or try going to places where he hangs out.

Keep talking to him until you can get the guts to ask him out! Just talk to him and have conversations, maybe something will come out of it.
