Most people are not good with "legal stuff," which is why there are lawyers. Call around and find an attorney that offers a free consultation to quickly determine if you have a case. Then you will know how to proceed.

Many people are not good with the legal system. This is why you should consult a professional about this. You are likely to lose the case without a good lawyer.

It depends on why you want to sue the company. If you want to sue because of services or products that you received had problems or paid the company and never received them, then you can look up and probably find on the internet how to make a small claim.

First, you must have an actionable reason. What did they do to harm you? Can you prove that they harmed you? If so, then you can file a lawsuit.
