How would you define "cuddle?"

I thin in general cuddle would mean being close to someone you like, holding each other close. But I also think that it would depend upon the relationship you have with the person whom you are to be cuddling with, or what stage the relationship is in.

When two people are enjoying each others company in a more emotional intimate way rather than a sexually intimate way. Usually hugging and being next to each other.
