You will notice discoloration on the baby's teeth, also increased sensitivity to the temperature or food or drink will be a tell-tell sign of a cavity coming along as well.

Areas of demineralisation appear as white chalky areas. Most commonly found around the gumline. In baby teeth they can quickly cavitate so meticulous cleaning and a dab of fluorodated toothpaste on the area at night before bed - no rinsing.

If your baby has a cavity you will be able to see dark coloring or dark spots on the teeth. You should not have to worry about this as long as you are at least wiping off your baby's teeth with a wash cloth. After the tooth has gotten a cavity it will turn brown because it has died.

Precavity lesions in baby teeth can be seen as white spots that don't rub off when brushing. These white spots as especially noticable when the teeth are dry.

Well, you won't be able to because baby teeth have not fully grown out. If you sense a bit of a whiteness that was not there before, this may indicate some cavities.

For child opg x-ray we can see the infected theeth(deferance from all the other teeth). You can see the solling and redness in the gums. Some time teeth will be unshape and not unique. The teeth will be black ,ask the mother about the baby feed it`s normal from the other days or not.
